I’ve been obsessed with gelato since my very first visit to Italy. But to be honest, I could never find exactly what I was looking for here at home. With the help of the many inspiriting women in my life, I decided to put my own sweet spin on things!

It may have become a business in the USA in 2019 but...

It started in Italy

It all began in 2018 in San Gminangio Italy. I learned to make gelato from Sergio at Gelataria Dondoli at the age of 9. In 2019, I met master Ice Cream maker (and creator of cookies and cream) Malcom Stogo. He helped me build my business to what it is today.

I was invited to train with Giacomo Schiavon (Bolongna, Italy) at Carpigiani USA. This allowed me to grow my network and build the foundation to launch 1023 Gelato.
